About Me

While this is my ninth year working as the Logan-Rogersville Middle School Counselor, I am not new to the school district. I have been an LR Wildcat for 32 years! I taught English Learners (EL) grades PreK-12 and 7th- and 8th-grade ELA at Logan-Rogersville for eleven years, four years of Pre-K EL at Monett, and 1 year in Honduras and 1 year in Thailand. I am excited about the 2026-2027 school year and the privilege of working with such a great group of LR Wildcats!

Middle School Counseling Goals

The counselor’s role is to provide necessary support for students in intrapersonal and interpersonal development, academic development, and career development. Each area of development has goals that can be achieved either through district-wide, grade-level, small group, or individual programs.
